- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Threw my mother out shes 72, for moving up the road, begged us to go with them when they moved from Normanby, staff are rude on phone and most of them need customer service courses, on how to speak to patients. No loyalty whatsoever. They actually had a meeting to see if she could of stayed, of course she wouldn't have, just do not go moving up the road they will throw you out. We are now happy in a new surgery :) I tried to give it no stars but it would not let me!by lisa RobinsonFebruary 07, 2017
